A truly luxurious, cleansing soap, packed with minerals for skin health.

Our handmade Ocean Soap is made by collecting fresh ocean water from the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast and mixing it with our specially formulated ingredients to produce a natural soap that is soft and mild.

Clean & Pure's Handmade Ocean Soap is made using filtered ocean water from the Gold Coast, Queensland. Ocean water is packed with minerals including magnesium calcium and potassium which assist in the treatment of skin conditions such as acne and other blemishes. Our Ocean Soap will leave your skin both cleansed and nourished.

All of our soaps are made using the cold press method and allowed to cure for a minimum of 6 weeks. We find the cold press method gives a luxurious and smooth finish to our soaps.

Care Instructions

The balm should be protected from air, light, heat and humidity. It must be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. You should always try to avoid any sudden changes of temperature.

Shipping

At Clean & Pure we care about our customers and our goal is for you to receive your online order as fast as possible. 
 
We only use a courier service for our deliveries which are dispatched from Mandurah, Western Australia. Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If you are on the east coast please allow for an extra couple of days for delivery.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Clean & Pure.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) excluding postage.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
