Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We aim to keep our shipping rates as low as possible to ensure that you receive Clean & Pure products at the best price.
For Australia, this means that we offer free shipping on all orders over $15. We also offer an express post option at checkout.
For international orders we offer both standard and express options.

Are your products Cruelty Free?
We are absolutely against animal testing of any kind. We never have nor ever will test our products on animals.
Our founders Mark and Melanie Chapman personally test all products to ensure they fit with the Clean & Pure ethos of quality skincare.
Do you have a retail store?
We are proudly stocked in hundreds of retail stores throughout Australia and internationally.

All payments are in AUD or USD depending on your area.
How long will delivery take?
Your purchases are sent using both couriers and Australia Post. Please note at this time there may be delays with receiving your goods.
Please refer to Australia Post’s website for their message on potential delivery delays.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, and we also thank you for your patience if your purchase is taking longer than expected.
Our skincare is manufactured and sent from Western Australia. If you are on the east coast please allow for an extra couple of days for delivery. We also have Express Post options if you would like to receive your goods sooner.
