Beeswax is the by-product from the extracting process of uncapping honey cells from the frames of beehives. It is 100% natural and has no chemical residues from GM crop sprays.

House of Honey's beeswax has a heavenly perfume and a high content of honey. Beeswax has a multitude of uses including waterproofing, lubrication, polish, lip balms and soaps. Candles made from beeswax are unscented however they emit a beautiful honey aroma and are a totally renewable energy source.

Located in the picturesque Swan Valley, Western Australia, The House of Honey is a sanctuary for local bees and hives. As a family-owned and operated business, they’ve been looking after and protecting our bees for over 30 years — the delicious raw honey they craft and pass on is a nice bonus!  They are one of our go-to suppliers for our bee-based products.

Care Instructions

The beeswax should be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. You should always try to avoid any sudden changes of temperature.

Shipping

At Clean & Pure we care about our customers and our goal is for you to receive your online order as fast as possible. 
 
We use both courier service and Austalia Post for our deliveries which are dispatched from Mandurah, Western Australia. Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You can elect an express option at checkout (Australia Post), which should ensure a faster delivery. If you are on the east coast please allow for an extra couple of days for delivery.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Clean & Pure.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Postage to return any items are at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will only be provided for products that are not in the condition and as advertised on our website.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) excluding postage.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
