Leptospermum plants are commonly known as tea trees and include jelly Bush tress and more famously Manuka trees.

House of Honey's raw Leptospermum (manuka) honey has a high grade methylgloyaxal (MGO) reading of 100+ and is well known for its high grade healing properties. This honey has a slightly bitter smokey flavour and can be eaten or used topically.

Located in the picturesque Swan Valley, Western Australia, The House of Honey is a sanctuary for local bees and hives. As a family owned and operated business, they've been looking after and protecting our bees for over 30 years. The delicious raw honey they craft and pass on is a nice bonus. They are one of our go to suppliers for our bee based products.

Care Instructions

The honey should be protected from air, light, heat and humidity. It must be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. You should always try to avoid any sudden changes of temperature.

Shipping

At Clean & Pure we care about our customers and our goal is for you to receive your online order as fast as possible. 
 
We use both courier service and Austalia Post for our deliveries which are dispatched from Mandurah, Western Australia. Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You can elect an express option at checkout (Australia Post), which should ensure a faster delivery. If you are on the east coast please allow for an extra couple of days for delivery.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Clean & Pure.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) excluding postage.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
