To care for your bamboo toothbrush it’s important to rinse the brush before and after use, and AIR DRY between uses. Do not stand in a wet cup, as constant moisture can cause this natural product to grow mould. But if kept dry this should never be a problem.

Dentists recommend supervising children's brushing up to the age of 8, brushing your teeth twice daily and replacing your brush every 3 months or after illness. (Not because the bristles are splayed, but because of bacterial build-up after this time).

How often should I replace my toothbrush?
Dentists recommend that you replace your toothbrush every three months due to bacterial build-up in the bristles. A plastic one will be around for another 500 years after you're gone, so thanks for choosing biodegradable bamboo instead!

Care Instructions

To avoid mould, please allow your bamboo toothbrushes to air-dry after use. Do not stand in a wet cup, as constant moisture can cause this natural product to grow mould.

If storing unused brushes for long periods be sure to store away from heat and moisture, in an air-tight container.

At Clean & Pure we care about our customers and our goal is for you to receive your online order as fast as possible. 
 
We use Australia Post for orders dispatched from Mandurah, Western Australia, Monday to Friday. You can elect an express option at checkout, which should ensure a faster service and ensure that your item is signed for on delivery.  If you are on the east coast please allow additional days for delivery.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Clean & Pure.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Postage to return any items are at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will only be provided for products that are not in the condition and as advertised on our website.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) excluding postage.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
