The lip balm should be protected from air, light, heat and humidity. It must be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. You should always try to avoid any sudden changes of temperature.

- If your item arrives damaged or is faulty/defective; we will fully refund your order (including original shipping) or send a free replacement at no cost to you.
- Or if you don’t want to return the item but are not fully satisfied, contact us and we will issue you a store credit on your next purchase.
- Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue and your order number.
- For refunds due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5–7 business days).
- Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are used, damaged by customer, or returned without prior approval.
