Extra gentle version of our classic goat milk soap, but with an 8% superfat – even more nourishing oils left un-saponified to pamper delicate, sensitive, or dry skin (perfect for babies, eczema-prone skin, or anyone who wants the softest possible bar).

Our standard goat milk soap is made with a 5% superfat – just the right balance of cleansing and conditioning. Our Baby Soap & Shampoo takes tenderness to the next level with 8% superfat, meaning more free oils stay in the bar to soothe, moisturize, and protect the most sensitive skin.

Our all in one natural soap and shampoo bar for baby is the mildest unscented natural formula with the minimum amount of ingredients.  Contains organic shea butter and goats milk for high vitamin content and hydration. Suitable to wash baby’s body and scalp once worked into a luxurious lather.

All of our soaps are made using the cold press method and allowed to cure for a minimum of 6 weeks. We find the cold press method gives a luxurious and smooth finish to our soaps.

Care Instructions

The balm should be protected from air, light, heat and humidity. It must be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. You should always try to avoid any sudden changes of temperature.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is faulty/defective; we will fully refund your order (including original shipping) or send a free replacement at no cost to you.
  • Or if you don’t want to return the item but are not fully satisfied, contact us and we will issue you a store credit on your next purchase.
  • Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue and your order number.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Refunds)
  • For refunds due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5–7 business days).
  • Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Important Conditions
  • All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are used, damaged by customer, or returned without prior approval.
  • Sale/final clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items).
How to Start a Return
  1. Contact us with your order number and reason.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
